The Site & Facility Passes 2025
Passes gain you entrance to the main complex, on-site bars & restaurants and swimming. Other activities are charged separately
- Passes must be obtained by us – you can no longer arrive on the day and purchase from the office
- Private guests cannot use the Away Resorts App – the link to book activities is below
- We need at least 48 hours notice to obtain passes – we cannot order on the day of arrival
- We will take payment passes up to 4 weeks before arrival but no earlier
- The price is per holiday home not per person
- Pass prices do vary depending on accommodation size and dates. Please email or text us with your booking reference if you are wanting a price for facility passes
- Your passes will arrive by WhatsApp the evening before your arrival – you do not need the passes to book your swimming and activities
- Booking normally opens around 3 weeks before so please book early to avoid disappointment
- We are a private booking agent and have no control over the site or the facilities so any queries regarding this will need to go through the site and their number is 01526 348800
