Step 1: Your Booking
We know you are very excited about having your break booked – obviously as it’s with us!! But please do the boring bits and read

Step 2: 6 weeks before arrival

Step 2: 3 weeks before
Have another read through the info we have sent and start booking activities if you are purchasing facility passes – if not have a read through our website.
Step 4: The week Before
Get excited and
TEXT US!!!!!
We need your contact number and need to make sure nothing has changed on your booking – we don’t want 6 of you sharing a double bed because you only had 2 people coming originally!!
Step 5: 2 Days before arrival
We know panic is now setting in because you’re still not packed and are booked in for your nails and hair so don’t possibly have time to pack! But don’t worry your keys codes and directions are being sent by email – Read the email!!
Step 6: Evening before
Your passes will arrive by email – make sure the car is packed and ready to go
